The Llanelli branch of the St John’s Ambulance have provided fantastic First Aid cover to all events organised by Healthy Life Activities in LLanelli this year. They had a strong field presence at the Llanelli 10 miler, Sports Relief Mile, Llanelli Sprint Triathlon, Llanelli John Hartson Foundation 10k and the Llanelli Standard Distance Triathlon. Thankfully they had a quiet time with very few incidents requiring their first aid expertise. They relay entirely on charitable donations and Healthy Life Activities were able to present them with a donation of £1250.00
