Feb 12th – Martin Rees will be looking to set a New World Record for 10 miles for his age – his last run as a 59 year old!!
Feb 12th – Over 300 runners entered for Llanelli 10 miler
Feb 7th – Coleg Sir Gar will proivde FREE sports massage pre & Post event for all runners. This will be available withing the Discovery Ctr.
Feb 6th – No race packs will be sent out. They can be collected on February 16th between 4-5pm and then from 8:00am on race Day.
