This is a fantastic course based at Carmarthen Leisure Centre.
The swimming pool is one of the best in West Wales and we will be looking to make this a Triathlon based swim using special buoys to give you the feel of being in a Real Triathlon.
The Bike Course will be on the adjoining QE High School car park and is a 250m loop with the run course on the adjoining hockey pitch which is astro turf.
RUN FROM SWIM TO TRANSITION
Trainers may be left outside the pool by the fire exit but should not block the entrance. After the swim athletes will exit the Pool at the bottom. They will start in the water at the Deep End.
This is a very compact safe course in the grounds of Carmarthen Leisure Centre and adjoining school. The course will be well marshalled with experienced athletes from Carmarthen Triathlon Club.
